MAB Group LTD was founded by Mike Benson.
Mike has a background of working in the automotive sector for many years starting out at the tender age of 14 working in a garage after school to later joining the sales team at a local Citroen franchise.
He quickly progressed through the ranks to become a Sales Manager at just 21 before moving to the Midlands where he was given the opportunity to start a Fiat franchise, literally from scratch, for a local dealer group. It wasn’t long before Mike was approached by Mercedes-Benz to join them where he started as a Sales Executive before building a business case for the site to promote him to Business Manager. Mike later returned to the North West to Join Inchcape Mercedes-Benz where at the age of just 26 became the youngest General Manager within the network and over the next ten years went on to cover a number of Mercedes-Benz sites along with also serving as Aftersales Director for the North West Market Area.
Mike has a great understanding of what retailers need to do to ensure compliance and what customers expect. This often leads to incongruence and both parties becoming frustrated. His mission with MAB Group is to assist dealers in hitting their targets and customer satisfaction metrics whilst also ensuring customer experience the best interaction, value for money and importantly remain customers of the dealer group.
